Save your team 5 to 10 hours a week on the busywork. We build internal web apps and AI tools for small businesses in East Texas, on a clear timeline and priced upfront.
AI that actually does your work.
We embed AI into the tools your team uses every day: drafting proposals, pulling insights out of spreadsheets, summarizing inbound emails, triaging leads, and writing reports. Not a chatbot stapled to the corner of your marketing site. Real back office automation that saves your team hours a week.

Your competitors are still filling out spreadsheets by hand. Let's get you a custom internal tool that captures the lead, drafts the quote, and books the appointment from one dashboard your team actually enjoys using.

This isn't a screenshot. Add a client, rename one, delete another. It's a real app running in your browser right now. The same quality of polish goes into everything we build.

How we work
No 40 page discovery docs. No six month timelines. Three steps from first call to a real app your team uses every day.
We jump on a call, dig into what your business actually does, and agree on what's worth building. You leave with a clear specification sheet, a pricing option that fits your budget, and a realistic timeline. No 40 page decks.
I build it. Weekly progress videos, a live staging link you can poke at, and real conversations whenever you want them, not three months of silence followed by a surprise reveal.
We launch, your team starts using it, and I stick around to fix, tune, and grow it. One developer, one phone number. Think "family doctor" for your software.
"Nando is amazing. They just get the job done.”

About
I'm Kyle Kennedy. I have a PhD in counseling psychology from Indiana University, spent a year at Stanford Athletics as a postdoctoral fellow, and I'm a licensed psychologist here in Texas. I also happen to build software.
Nando started because I kept needing custom apps for my own two Tyler businesses (Endeavor Performance Psychology and East Texas Assessment), and the quotes from "real" agencies were always the same: five figures up front, six months out, and a product that still needed a consultant to use it. So I built the tools myself. They worked. Other Tyler business owners started asking who built them. Here we are.
Most of my clients are professional services and specialty businesses in East Texas: clinics, law firms, consultants, and family owned operators who know their industry better than any SaaS vendor ever will, and just need tools that finally fit.
Because the hardest part of software isn't the code. It's figuring out what humans actually need and getting them to use it. I spent seven years training for exactly that, then ten years writing code on the side. Nando is what happens when both skills show up in the same person. Let's put them to work for your business.
Most clients go with a monthly service fee, sized to scope. It keeps the app improving as your business evolves, and covers ongoing updates, bug fixes, and small adjustments. If you'd rather treat it as a one time project, we also offer a flat lump sum build (50% at signing, 50% at launch). Either way, anything outside the signed specification sheet is billed at an hourly rate with written approval before we start. No silent charges.
Most projects go live 8 to 12 weeks from the signed specification sheet: Alpha build, your testing, Beta build, your testing, then launch. You'll see a live staging link well before the final version, and we stay in regular contact the whole way.
Yes. That's the whole point. We talk in plain English about your business, your customers, and what's painful. Weekly I send a short progress video walking through what's new. No jargon, no sprint terminology, no “please review the PRD.”
We build AI into real internal workflows: staff knowledge assistants, document drafting, spreadsheet analysis, report generation, and intake triage. We'll tell you honestly when AI isn't the right answer and when a plain form field is faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
You own your domain, your data, and everything you bring to the project. Nando retains ownership of the underlying codebase and grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display it. In plain English: it runs your business for as long as you want it to, and we stay on as your maintenance partner to keep it running well.
Born and raised by way of Indiana, and now happily settled in Tyler running two local practices. Happy to meet in person for coffee. One of the reasons Nando exists is so small businesses in East Texas don't have to work with strangers on Zoom at 11pm.
Tell me what you're trying to build. I'll reply personally within one business day. No gatekeeper, no pitch deck, no obligation.
